Christopher Isherwood on Writing for the Theater, via LitHub
I'm very pleased to see an excerpt from the new edition of Isherwood on Writing on LitHub. Although Isherwood was better known for his novels and memoirs, he was an accomplished playwright as well. He collaborated with W. H. Auden in the 1930s and with his partner, Don Bachardy, in the 1960s and 70s.
